PurpleV has a strict 48 hour cancellation policy. This means that if you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours prior to that appointment, PurpleV will charge you for that appointment regardless.

8. Indemnity

purplev.com uses a third party vendor for it's calendar and scheduling system.

This third party vendor may have access to certain Personally Identifiable Information on a need to know basis for evaluating Authorized Customers for service eligibility and to verify financial transactions and prevent fraud. Our privacy policy does not cover their collection or use of this information.

How does the Site keep Personally Identifiable Information secure?
All of our employees are familiar with our security policy and practices. The Personally Identifiable Information of our Visitors and Authorized Customers is only accessible to a limited number of qualified employees who are given a password in order to gain access to the information.
